When the m atter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Travancore Devaswom Board, as well as the learned Amicus Curiae, submit that the directions issued by this Court on 28.11.2025 are being scrupulously complied w ith in their letter and spirit. It is further submitted that, pursuant to such compliance, there is no dumping of clothes or any other waste into the holy River Pampa.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and being satisfied with t he compliance reported, this Sabarimala Special Commissioner Report is closed.
