JUDGMENT
Pending the appeal, the matter was referred for mediation. The Mediator has reported that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have reduced the terms of settlement into an agreement which is annexed along with the report.
Taking note of the settlement entered between the parties, this appeal is hereby disposed of. The copy of the agreement entered between the parties before the Mediator shall form part of this judgment.
