JUDGMENT

This original petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff by challenging the order dated 03.10.2024 passed on I.A.Nos.4 & 5/2024 in OS No.610/2022 by the II Additional Munsiff Court, Thrissur.
2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed a Suit against the respondents 1 & 2 for permanent prohibitory injunction, for issuing notice for collecting the licence fee during the Covid -19 lock down period. When the matter was pending before the trial Court, the plaintiff filed applications, IA Nos.4 & 5/2024, seeking amendment to the plaint as well as impleading the State Government as 3rd defendant in the Suit. The applications came to be dismissed by the trial Court on 03.10.2024. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
