JUDGMENT
Dated this the 6th day of January, 2026 The petitioner, who is the wife of deceased Mr.Shyam Prasad R., Senior Manager, IPPB expired on 03.04.2025, seeks appointment on compassionate grounds.
2. The Central Government Counsel representing the India Post Payments Bank submits that there is no Scheme for appointment on compassionate grounds, in the India Post Payments Bank.
3. Be that as it may, in similar circumstances, this Court has delivered Ext.P6 judgment in W.P.(C) No.41599 of 2025, in which this Court has directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner therein.
4. The right, if any, of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds, if exists, the same can be considered by the respondents.
