ORDER

This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.

2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.732/2025 of Ambalathara Police Station, Kasaragod District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 126 (2), 118(1) and 110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNS ).

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on

27.12.2025 at around 20.20 hours at Iriya Town in Pullur, when the defacto complainant questioned the speed driving of the applicant while they were travelling together, the applicant had dropped the defacto complainant at Iriya Town and when he was walking from there, the applicant wrongfully restrained him and inflicted injuries on the nose and abdomen by stabbing with a knife like object and when the applicant attempted to stab on the chest, the defacto complainant had prevented the same, otherwise his death might have been caused and thereby committed the offenc
