JUDGMENT
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to permit the petitioner to surrender the original of the passport bearing No.J4210517.
2. A statement has been filed on behalf of the first respondent stating that the petitioner holds two sets of passports with different particulars, details of which are as follows:
“Series 1: Petitioner holds the following passports in the name Mohamed Paloth with Date of Birth 05/01/1964.
(1) X719948, (2) V354427 dated 05/11/1996 issued by Indian Mission in Saudi Arabia, (3) C9506061 dated 01/04/2025 issued by RPO Kozhikode.
Series 2: Petitioner holds the following passports in the name Muhammed Palathingal Ali with Date of Birth
15/04/1966.
(1) E3259216 dated 21/10/2002 issued by RPO Cochin, (2) J4210517 dated 21/04/2011 issued by Embassy of India, Jeddah.”
