JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, to the respondent to consider and dispose the Exhibit P1 application for regularisation filed by the Petitioner within the time frame that may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court;

B. Issue any appropriate Order or Direction directing the respondent to abstain from taking coercive steps against the buildings of the Petitioner in any manner without considering the Exhibit P1 application for regularisation filed by the Petitioner in this case.

C. Such other reliefs this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstance of the case for the interest of justice and equity.”

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for regularisation.
