ORDER
[Bail Appl. Nos.14839/2025 and 14817/2025]
These applications are filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicants are the accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.781/2025 of Ernakulam South Police Station, Ernakulam District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 126 (2), 115(2), 296, 351(1), 324(4), 324(5) r/w Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNS ).
3. I have heard Sri.P.Vijayabhanu, the learned Senior counsel for the applicants and Smt.M.K.Pushpalatha and Sri.U.Jayakrishnan, the learned Public Prosecutors.
Perused the case diary.
5. The learned Public Prosecutors on instructions submit that all the offences alleged against the applicants are bailable in nature. Thus, there is no question of apprehension of arrest.
6. Recording the said submission, these bail applications are closed.
