JUDGMENT

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to dispose of Ext.P4 by the 2nd respondent in a time bound manner. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that they have no objection in disposing of the said representation.

3. Having regard to the above circumstances, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed with a direction.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 representation, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
