All what the petitioner seeks in this Writ Petition is to transfer the amount to a nationalised bank, so as to fetch interest.
2. The respondents have no objection in this regard.
3. In the circumstances, there will be a direction to the Additional District Judge-II, Kollam to take steps to deposit the amount in a nationalised bank appropriately, so as to ensure that the amount fetches interest, by the time, the Land Acquisition case, as also, an Appeal, if any, therefrom is decided finally.
