JUDGMENT
Dated this the 9th day of January, 2026 The petitioner, who is working as UPSA in the School managed by the 5th respondent is aggrieved by Exts.P15, P19, P20 and P22 orders. The petitioner also seeks to quash Ext.P25 order to the extent it denies approval of appointments of the petitioner as UPSA from 15.07.2018 onwards.
2. The petitioner was appointed as UPSA on
02.06.2014 as per Ext.P1 appointment order. The appointment of the petitioner was approved. The petitioner continued to work as UPSA in the ensuing years. In the year 2018-2019, two divisions were reduced by the Educational authorities on the ground that necessary Fitness Certificates were not issued. The issue of lack of Fitness Certificates continued till the year 2022-2023.
3. As the petitioner's employment was set aside, the petitioner approached this Court filing W.P.(C) No.27253 of 2018. This Court passed Ext.P10(a) interim order in the said writ petition and permitted the petitioner to continue in service.
