J U D G M E N T

The petitioners state that the 1st petitioner is a Society registered under the provisions of the Co- operative Societies Act and the 2nd petitioner is the Managing Committee of the Society. They are deeply aggrieved by the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent rescinding a decision of the Disciplinary Sub Committee of the Society dismissing the 3rd respondent from the service of the Society, after a domestic enquiry conducted so also the decisions of the Managing Committee upholding the dismissal order.

2. The 3rd respondent, while holding the post of Accountant and functioning as Secretary in- charge of the Society, was proceeded in a disciplinary action for serious misconduct and a memo of charges was issued on 24.05.2024. On detection of further misconduct, yet another memo of charges was issued on

19.07.2024.
