JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, order or direction to call for the records relating to Exhibit P4 order and set aside the same.
b) To hold that Ext P4 order is against the principle of natural justice and is in willful disregard of Ext P2 Judgment.
c)To hold that the petitioner’s property falls within the CRZ Zone II in terms of Exhibit P3 statement and orders annexed thereto.
d) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to reconsider the petitioners application (Ext R8(A) ),in the light of Exhibit P3 by providing the petitioner an opportunity of been heard, in compliance with the judgment in Ext P2.
AND e)To dispense with the production of Malayalam documents.
f) Issue such other writ, order or direction as are deemed just and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case.”
