The instant case showcases a clear picture as to how the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'the KSRTC', for short) has circumvented the judgments of this Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court, restraining them from engaging empanelled drivers indefinitely, and has run its fleet by using the very same persons by adopting ingenious methods.
2. This intra-court appeal is filed by respondents 1 to 3 in W.P. (C) 5656/2023 (KSRTC), challenging the judgment dated 10.04.2023, allowing the writ petition filed by the first respondent herein, in part.
