ORDER
All these bail applications are connected and hence, I am disposing of the same by a common order.
2. These applications are filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
3. The applicant in all the bail applications is one and the same. B.A.No.14468/2025 pertains to Crime No. 819/2025, B.A.No.14472/2025 pertains to Crime No.817/2025, B.A.No.14471/2025 pertains to Crime No.818/2025 and B.A.No.14473/2025 pertains to Crime No.816/2025 of Kongadu Police Station, Palakkad district. The applicant is the third accused in all the crimes.
4. The offence alleged is punishable under Section 318 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNS ).
5. The prosecution case, in short, is that the applicant and the remaining accused induced the defacto complainants to deposit amount in Sreepura Dhanam Nidhi Limited and persuaded by the same, the deposit was made. Thereafter, the applicant and the remaining accused cheated the defacto complainants without returning the amount on maturity or paid the interest for the same and thereby, committed the offence.
