JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14th day of January, 2026 Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 4th respondent Bank to de-freeze his bank account maintained with the 4th respondent. The learned Counsel for the 4th respondent, on instructions, submitted that even though there was a debit freeze at the instance of the 3rd respondent, the same was later released as per a communication issued by the 3rd respondent, and the petitioner is free to operate the said account.

Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the 4th respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
