JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14^th day of January, 2026 Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 4^th respondent Bank to de-freeze his bank account maintained with the 4^th respondent. The learned Counsel for the 4^th respondent, on instructions, submitted that even though there was a debit freeze at the instance of the 3^rd respondent, the same was later released as per a communication issued by the 3^rd respondent, and the petitioner is free to operate the said account.

Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the 4^th respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
