JUDGMENT
Petitioner maintains certain Fixed Deposits with the respondent bank. Petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by the fact that the amounts of deposit together with interest payable thereon have not been repaid to him despite the fact that the deposits have matured and there has been demand for repayment of the amounts due under the deposits.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-bank would submit that, out of the amount of Rs.34,70,133/- payable to the petitioner, an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- has been paid pursuant to the interim order dated 15.12.2025. It is submitted that, the bank may be permitted to pay off the balance amount in fifteen instalments.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection.
