JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition seeking a direction to 1st and 2nd respondents to implement Ext.P3 stop memo with reference to a construction carried out by the 3rd respondent.

2. I have heard Sri.K.S.Madhusoodanan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri.B.S.Syamanthak, the learned Government Pleader.

3. While admitting the writ petition on

05.06.2018, this Court had directed Ext.P3 stop memo to be implemented. Till date, no counter affidavit has also been filed by the contesting respondent.

In such circumstances, this writ petition would stand disposed of making the interim order dated 05.06.2018 absolute.
