ORDER SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI ,J None appears for the petitioner. Sri. Suvin R. Menon, learned Senior Panel Counsel appears for the respondents in this case.
CM.Appl. No. 1/2025 CM.Appl. No. 1/2025 is for condonation of delay. The Review Petition has been filed with a delay of 50 days. Having perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. C.M.Appln. is allowed.
2. The present Review Petition filed under Order XLVII, Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908, challenges the judgment dated 04.02.2025 arising out of WA No. 1829/2018 whereby the Writ Appeal has been dismissed.
3. The brief facts of the case are that the Review Petitioner had filed the Writ Petition before the learned Single Judge praying for the following reliefs:
