JUDGMENT This original petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuing directions to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pathanamthitta, for the speedy disposal of C.C No.21/2015, in a time-bound manner.
2.A report has been sought from the Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram, regarding the status of Appeal No.317/2016, which was already allowed. The Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram, by letter dated 15.09.2025, has stated that pursuant to the remand of the matter by the Consumer Commission in January 2025, the case has been kept pending before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, therefore prayed for necessary directions.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and in view of the fact that the Kerala State Disputes Redressal Commission had already remitted the matter to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in January 2025, but the case has not yet been disposed of.
