JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

(I) Call for the records leading to Ext. P4 order and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or appropriate order or direction.

(ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondents not to take any action against the petitioner’s cattle farm, ignoring Ext. P2 report and Ext. P3 photographs.

2. Admittedly, Ext.P4 is an appealable order. Therefore, this Court need not entertain this writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a breathing time may be given to file an appeal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there can be a direction to the Panchayat to keep in abeyance further proceedings based on Ext.P4 for a period of two weeks. I make it clear that I have not considered the matter on merits and this order is passed only to facilitate the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
