O R D E R
This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the accused in Crime No.714/2025 of Mankara Police Station, Palakkad District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 126 (2), 118(1), 296 and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ( BNS ), 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 06.12.2025 at about 10.00 pm, while the defacto complainant along with his friends were consuming alcohol in the house of their friend Shyam at Kamba, the applicant stabbed on the abdomen and chest of the defacto complainant with an intention to kill him and thereby committed offences.
4. I have heard Sri.Arun Ashok , the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri.U.Jayakrishnan, the learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.
