JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

“i) Call for records leading to Ext.P3 order and quash the same by issuing a certiorari.

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to grant an issue temporary permit to the petitioner on the route Koodaranji – Mukkam – Thamarassery – Arekkod – Mavoor forthwith in implementation of Ext.P2 order of the learned State Transport Appellate Tribunal in MP No. 2587 of 2025 in MVAA No. 141 of 2020. iii) Declare that Ext.P3 order issued by the respondent pursuant to the Ext.P2 order of the learned State Transport Appellate Tribunal is highly illegal and without jurisdiction and further take appropriate proceeding against the respondent for the deliberate non-compliance of the Ext.P3 order of the learned State Transport Appellate Tribunal.

iv) grant such other reliefs which this Hon’ble court just and fit in the circumstance of the case including costs.”

2. Though an interim order was passed by this Court on 06.01.2026, directing the respondent to comply with Ext.P2 order, the same has not been complied with to date.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the respondent to implement Ext.P2 order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, without fail, within four weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
