Dated 15th day of January 2026 JUDGMENT This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India .
2. When the writ petition is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, submitting that in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in Shoba S. v. Muthoot Finance Ltd. , 2025 (2) KHC 229, the writ petition is not maintainable against the said respondent.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate statutory authority in accordance with law.
