J U D G M E N T
Dated this the 14th day of January, 2026 The petitioner is the Manager of Chattanchal Higher Secondary School, Kasaragod. The School had 40 approved divisions in the Academic Year 2023-2024. In the year 2024-2025, the approved divisions were enhanced to 41 based on the student strength. The petitioner states that the School was entitled for two additional divisions and three posts as per Ext.P2 order. However, the District Educational Officer recommended only two posts.
2. The petitioner would contend that the School was eligible for having a post of HST (Arabic) irrespective of the availability of classrooms or student strength. The said post was not sanctioned. The petitioner approached the Director General of
