W.P.(C) No.15369 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner challenging the continuance of one Chandran as the Manager of the Samooham High School run by North Paravur Pandya Samooham, Kannankulangara, North Paravur. In this writ petition, this Court passed an interim order dated 06.06.2019 to the effect that fresh appointments if any made would be subject to the decision to be taken by the Government. It is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, a connected civil case was decreed and Chandran was ousted from the Managership.

2. W.P.(C) No.42801 of 2024 has been filed by the present Manager of the School, aggrieved by the appointments made by the former Manager to various posts. The petitioner in W.P.(C) No.42801 of 2024, who is the new Manager, has filed Exts.P6 to P8 Revision Petitions before the Government invoking Rule 8A of Chapter XIVA KER .

3. The petitioners in W.P.(C) No.25846 of 2020 are teaching and non-teaching staff of the School, who were appointed while these disputes were pending. In W.P.(C) No.25846 of 2020, the petitioners seek to direct the Headmistres
