This Original petition is filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Court VII/Rent Control Appellate Authority, Ernakulam, to issue the certified copy of the order dated 20-12-2025 passed in RCA No.11 of 2025 in a time-bound manner.
2. We have heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, issuance of notice to the respondent and calling for a report from the concerned court are hereby dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner, who is a tenant, was dismissed by order dated 20-12-2025, passed on the last working day of the Christmas vacation. Thereafter, the petitioner filed application for certified copy on 12-01-2026. Despite the laps of one week, the certified copy has not been issued. Meanwhile, in the execution proceedings, the Executive court/Munsiff Court, Ernakulam, proceeded with the execution and directed the
