JUDGMENT
(Dated this the 16th day of January, 2026)
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order, directing the respondents to grant the regular permit by passing final orders on Exhibit P1 application submitted by the petitioner, most expeditiously, at any rate, within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.
(ii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
(iii) To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.”
2. Taking note of the fact that Ext.P1 application is pending consideration before the respondents, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner and pass final orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
