ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.595/2025 of Balaramapuram Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 296(b) and 110 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 18.5.2025 at 22.30 hrs., the applicant attacked the defacto complainant with a surgical blade and inflicted injuries on his back, left hand ankle and fingers, due to the reason that the defacto complainant refused to remove the loose earth deposited by him in the property of the applicant and thereby committed the above offences.
4. I have heard Sri.G.Sudheer, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri.M.C.Ashi, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.
5. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
