This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.

2. The applicants are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.1617/2025 of Varkala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 115 (2), 118(1) and 126(2) read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS ’).

The prosecution case, in short, is that on 10.11.2025 at around 2:30 p.m, in front of the auditorium of S.N College, Varkala, applicant No.1, who is accused No.1, shouted against the friend of the defacto complainant, namely Mr.Kiran, and pushed him down.
