ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicants are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.1617/2025 of Varkala Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 115 (2), 118(1) and 126(2) read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS ’).
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 10.11.2025 at around 2:30 p.m, in front of the auditorium of S.N College, Varkala, applicant No.1, who is accused No.1, shouted against the friend of the defacto complainant, namely Mr.Kiran, and pushed him down. When the defacto complainant intervened, applicant No.1 hit him with a knuckleduster on the left side of his forehead and back of the neck; applicant No.2, who is accused No.2, fisted him on his head; accused No.3 kicked on his buttocks and accused No.4 caught hold of him and dra
