ORDER
These petitions are directed against the common judgment rendered by the Additional Sessions Court-VI, Ernakulam in Crl.A Nos.38/2018, 91/2018 and 85/2018 in a case relating to Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act , 2005. The parties are referred hereinafter in their capacities as aggrieved persons and respondents as dealt with in the said Act. Crl.A Nos.38/2018 and 91/2018 were filed by the aggrieved person in M.C No.3/2016 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IX, Ernakulam. Crl.A No.85/2018 was filed by the respondents 1 to 3 in the aforesaid M.C No.3/2016. By the impugned common judgment, the learned Additional Sessions Judge allowed Crl.A No.38/2018 in part with a modification upon the order passed by the Trial Court. Crl.A Nos.91/2018 and 85/2018 were dismissed by the Appellate Court. Now, the aggrieved person has filed Crl.R.P No.1337/2019 challenging the dismissal of Crl.A No.91/2018 and the inadequacy of the reliefs granted in Crl.A No.38/2018. The respondents 1 to 3 in the M.C have filed Crl.R.P No.1405/2019 challenging the dismissal of Crl.A No.85/2018.
