J U D G M E N T
The petitioners availed two separate loans from the respondent bank. On default being committed the bank has initiated proceedings under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act , 1969 and obtained awards determining liability of the petitioners. Appeals filed against those awards before the Kerala State Co-operative Tribunal have also been dismissed, prompting the petitioners to approach this court by filing the above writ petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to clear the entire liability in installments.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that the outstanding amount due from the petitioners as on 06-01-2026 is Rs.1,01,76,414/-. It is submitted that some reasonable installments can be given to the petitioners to clear the entire liability.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made as recorded above, I am of the view that the petitioners can be granted an opportunity to repay the outstanding amou
