JUDGMENT Dated this the 22nd day of January, 2026 The petitioner states that he has applied for a permanent job with the 4th respondent under the Die-in- Harness Scheme. The petitioner is now working as a temporary employee under the 4th respondent. The father of the petitioner passed away while working under the
4th respondent.
2. The petitioner has produced Ext.P2 certificate of involvement in offences. The petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent had informed the petitioner that without a Court order, it cannot be considered.
3. Standing Counsel entered appearance on behalf of the 4th respondent and resisted the writ petition. The Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner has not made proper application in the prescribed format for consideration of appointment under the Die-in-Harness Scheme. If the petitioner submits an application in the proper format accompanied by Ext.P2 certificate of involvement in offences, the same can be considered strictly as per the Rules of the Company and in accordance with law.
