O R D E R

This is a petition filed seeking review of the judgment of this Court dated 28.11.2025 in M.A.C.A. No.1752 of 2021.

2. I have heard Sri.Suresh Sukumar, the learned counsel for the review petitioner, as well as Sri.C.R.Jayakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the claimant/appellant in M.A.C.A. No.1299 of 2021.

3. This review petition has been instituted by the appellant in the appeal, pointing out that though a connected matter – M.A.C.A. No.1299 of 2021 – filed by the claimant, was also pending consideration before this Court, the same was omitted to be pointed out at the time of disposal of the captioned appeal. Therefore, the prayer in this review petition is for recalling the judgment and for posting the same along with M.A.C.A.

4. Having considered the submissions made as above, as well as also taking into account the pendency of M.A.C.A. No.1299 of 2021, which appears not to have been brought to the notice of this Court, I am of the opinion that the judgment dated

28.11.2025 disposing of M.A.C.A. No.1752 of 2021 requires to be recalled.
