The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the investigating agency had already filed a final report in connection with the offence committed against the petitioners, and it has been numbered by the learned Magistrate as C.P.No.65/2025, there need not be any further continuation of this writ petition.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition stands closed.
