JUDGMENT

Petitioners seek for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to harass them under the guise of maintaining public safety, in the light of the licences held by them, as Exts. P1 to 3.

2. The learned Government Pleader, upon instructions, submitted that the respondents have no intention to harass the petitioners, and that no crime has been registered against them, nor has any petition even been filed against them. The said submissions are recorded.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
