J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 27th day of January, 2026 Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit on the last occasion that the loan in question has already been upgraded as a normal account. Time was granted to the petitioner to ascertain the same. Today also, the petitioner has not received any communication in this regard.

In the circumstances, the respondent Bank will issue a communication to the petitioner indicating that his loan account has been upgraded as a normal account. Subject to that condition, the Writ Petition will stand closed.
