JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
“i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the 1 st respondent to grant regular permit to the petitioner on the route Shornur- Kodapara Kshetram which has been adjourned as per Ext.P2, by considering Ext.P1 application and Ext.P3 Reply submitted by the petitioner most expeditiously, at any rate, within a time to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of Justice;
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order, directing the third respondent to grant Concurrence for the portion falls within the jurisdiction of the third respondent for grant of regular permit to the petitioner on the route Shornur- Kodapara Kshetram by considering the request of the second respondent as per Ext.P2 forthwith, in the interest of Justice;
iii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
iv) To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents;”
