Dated this the 27th day of January, 2026 The above Contempt of Court case is filed alleging non compliance of the directions in the judgment dated 16.01.2020 in WP(C) No.29190 of 2019.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, it was submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Pandalam Municipality that the directions in the judgment dated 16.01.2020 in WP(C)
No.29190 of 2019 have been complied with.
Recording the said submission, this Contempt of Court case is closed.
