JUDGMENT

When this contempt case came up for consideration, Government Pleader submitted that a demand was issued to the petitioner for remitting fee for getting the KSREC report and the petitioner has not paid the fee. If that is the case, there is no contempt. Once the fee for getting the KSREC report is received, the authorised officer will proceed in accordance with law, as directed by this Court in Annexure-A1 judgment.

With the above observation, this contempt case is closed.
