JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:
" 1. Call for the entire records pertaining to the facts pleaded in the Writ Petition (Civil).
2. Issue a Writ of Mandamus, any other Order, writ or direction, directing the 4th Respondent to pass final orders on the Form 5 applications filed by the petitioner covered in Exhibit-P3 within a time fixed by this Hon’ble Court."

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Ext.P3 Form – 5 application within a time frame.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, I think there can be a direction to consider Ext.P3 application within a time frame.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:
1. The 5th respondent is directed to submit the necessary report based on the Ext.P3 application to the 4th respondent/Authorised O expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
