JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no grievance subsists as on date, since the 9^th respondent has already closed down the fish stall.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed, leaving open the right of the petitioner to approach this Court again, if any grievance arise in future.
