JUDGMENT

The only prayer in the original petition is a direction to the court below to consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 and P5 applications for setting aside the ex-parte decree and the petition for condonation in filing the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this original petition is disposed of directing the Sub Court Court, Mavelikkara to consider and pass orders on IA.No.20 of 2025 and IA No.3 of 2025 in OS.No.20 of 2024, at the earliest, at any rate within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The proceedings for execution shall be kept in abeyance till orders are passed. It is made clear that this Court is not making any observations regarding the merits of the case.
