JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i) issue a writ of certiorari or any appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext. P7 and quash the same.
ii) declare that 12.39 Ares of land comprised in Re. Sy. No. 101/2 in Block No. 21 of Muttamabalam Village , Kottayam Taluk owned by the petitioner, , is neither a paddy land nor a wet land as defined in the Kerala Conservation of Paddy land and wetland Act
2008.
iii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case including the cost of this Writ Petition.
iv) To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents. ”

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P7 order by which the Form 5 application is rejected. According to the petitioner, the petitioner filed Form 5 application by mistake because his land was not included in the data bank. The submission of the petitioner is that, now Form 5 application is rejected, and directed the authorities to include the property in the data bank. Th
