JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:
" i) Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Order directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P4 representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose the same within such time to be decided by this Hon’ble Court."

2. The main prayer of the petitioner is to remove a bus waiting shed constructed abutting the property of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, this is constructed on the PWD property. Petitioner submitted Ext.P4 before the 1st respondent. The petitioner limits his prayer for consideration of Ext.P4. Hence, this Writ Petition.
3. Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel appearing for the Municipality and also the Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, without expressing anything on merit, there can be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the Municipality.
