(C) No. 1787 of 2025, the parties reached a settlement during mediation. The court acknowledged the mediation outcome and stated that the original petition would be disposed of in accordance with the agreement, which is incorporated into the judgment. The final order reaffirmed the parties' obligation to adhere to the terms settled upon.

JUDGMENT

Pending the original petition, the parties were referred for mediation. The parties have arrived at a settlement. The memorandum of agreement has been forwarded by the Nodal Officer of the Mediation Centre.

In view of the settlement arrived at, this original petition is disposed of in terms of the agreement arrived at. The memorandum of agreement is made part of this judgment. The parties shall abide by the terms of settlement.
