Dated : 29th January, 2026 The petitioner is the accused in crime No.392/2025 of Kattakada police station, Thiruvananthapuram. He filed this petition under Section 528 of the BNS S praying for quashing all further proceedings against him. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 7 5(1)(i) of and Sections 8 , 7, 10, 9(c), 9(f), 9(m), 9(p) of PoCSO Act, 2012 .
