This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-

arrest bail.

2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.1205/2025 of Pattambi Police Station, Palakkad District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section 75(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and Section s 12 and 11 (iii) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 .

3. I have heard Sri.Jacob Sebastian, the learned counsel for the applicant and Smt.Sreeja V., the learned Senior Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.

The learned Senior Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the final report has been submitted stating that further action is dropped. Hence, the bail application is closed.
