The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking appropriate instalment facilities for clearing certain arrears in a loan account availed from the 1st respondent Bank.

2. While admitting this writ petition, this Court had directed the petitioner to make a payment of Rs.3,00,000/- within a period of one month. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent Bank that the petitioner has already complied with the afore direction.
