JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 5 and 6 to enhance the connected load of the electricity connection bearing No.1157309007685, and also the change of category of connection and changing the name of the consumer without insisting on NOC from respondents 1 to 4.

2. In view of Exts.P4 and P5, similar judgments in similar situations, there will be a direction to respondents 5 and 6 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for enhancement of the load and for other reliefs, without insisting on an NOC from respondents 1 to 4, if the application is otherwise in order, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. It is made clear that this judgment will not prevent respondents 1 to 4 from taking appropriate action against the petitioner, if warranted.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
